Self Acceptance = Admitting Failure →

Before the hate starts flinging in my general direction, allow me to explain myself. I see a lot of posts out there regarding a need for “self acceptance”. It’s all fine and dandy if by “acceptance” you mean “love” or “appreciation”. The very word acceptance, to me, sounds like “Oh hey, I’m fat and unhappy but have no will or drive to make myself happy or improve myself....

Quite so. My brother arrived home randomly asking “how much you love me?” Due to our history I speculated he wanted a favor so my smart behind replied “not a lot, what do you want?” he was persistent with asking until he dropped Shameless on my lap.

Planet Fitness
As much as I love the bigger gym Planet Fitness opened near my house, my biggest issue is it’s a complete blackhole. It’s 14:16 at the moment, I was at the gym for 3 hours as much as I enjoy excersing that’s excessive for me. I have taken two naps within the past four hours. Actually one I opened my eyes, rolled over, and fell asleep again. I dislike sleeping so much during the day, confident it’s not sickness. Dang, I was suppose to go out tonight but I feel drained.
